I was an active child and teenager, but as an adult I could never stick with exercising consistently. The turning point happened for me during lockdown, when I started lifting weights using a proper program. Lifting became the anchor that kept me sane during that time. The progress I made generated an obsession with physical fitness and eventually hormone optimisation and nutrition.
For years I have been researching and experimenting, piecing together the best protocols to maximise all aspects of health and performance. Throughout that time, I have shared much of the knowledge I've gained for free on my YouTube channel, which has over 50,000 subscribers.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, which I graduated with First Class Honours.
I worked in a physiology lab for a year as part of my degree, investigating bioactive compounds in plants and their potential benefits in sports performance and health.
I also supervised the strength training of participants in research investigating the effects of herbal supplements on strength.
I've designed strength and conditioning programs for martial artists, military personnel, and other professionals. I've sold thousands of hypertrophy programs and health optimisation guides.
All this is to say: I live and breathe this stuff. Almost every waking moment is in some way oriented towards human health and performance.
