Genuinely the best $50 I've ever spent. The guide is unbelievably detailed. Not only is it detailed, Ben has framed it in a way that's easy to digest and comprehend. Genuinely one of the best resources on nutrition I have ever seen. Ben has outdone himself with this guide. The value is immense and I would expect information of this caliber to be worth at least $200 (It would be justifiable if he even priced it at $500).

Just what I needed. In my opinion it’s really easy to eat right amount of macros but then there is micros, oh boy. This is just so good for people like me who knows something about eating right, but not to a micro level. And then there is a lot of different meal plans, it takes diedication but I think it’s worth it in the long run.

I think it’s very informative very! But honestly viewing it in a different perspective it’s like trying to read a food label adding a picture of the mineral or vitamin just to make it somewhat more appealing, although to add more value I think you can make what vitamin or mineral are best when consumed together is the best optimal way of getting the nutrients from so & so basically like a small meal plan if that makes sense overall I think it’s very great it’s still underdevelopment so I have no complaints

Restrictive diets have their flaws, and your diet will likely evolve over time with your needs. The aim of this guide is to give you the knowledge and tools to make the perfect diet for you.

Tracking is optional, but definitely very useful. Even if you just do it temporarily for a few weeks or months, it will give you a good idea of the calorie/macro content of various foods and meals, so that you can make reasonable estimates in the future.

For weight loss/bulking, I definitely recommend tracking diligently. It's much easier to stay on track this way, and to adjust your strategy as necessary.

Your body is fuelled by nutrients whether you workout or not.

I'd argue it's even more important if you're relatively inactive - you need to have at least have one of the pillars of health sorted. If it's not exercise, make it nutrition.
