Ever since doing this program 2 weeks ago, it changed how I look at life and how much I enjoy.
I like how he gives multiple ways to workout with or without the equipment for it. The one downside that I am try to figure out is finding a way to do inverted rows.

Yes. Eat in a caloric deficit and use this program to build muscle, and you will lose fat!
I don't have a gym membership, can I do this program?
Yes. There are bodyweight workouts and resistance band workouts included in the program, and you can adapt most of the gym exercises to be dumbbell-only.
Can I make changes to the program?
