I started as a 63kg/149lbs skinny 19 year-old who could squat barely half his bodyweight. I literally started with just the bar.

During my years of training, I've added over 20kg/45lbs of pure muscle to my frame to get to where I am today.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't have a gym membership, can you still help me?

Absolutely. Bodyweight workouts were a massive part of my early progress, and I credit pushups for giving me a strong chest foundation. To this day my back is mostly built from basic pull ups. You can build a fantastic physique just working out at home, you just have to know how.

How quickly will I start seeing results?

It depends on your goal.

If it's fat loss, you can go from pudgy to pretty lean in 12 weeks or even less.

Muscle gain is slower but you'll see substantial changes within a few months. In a year of training, you can completely transform your physique.

What if I have an injury, pain, or mobility issues?

Not to worry. We can work around all of those issues.

No matter what state you're in, we can find a way for you to train productively and even strengthen yourself against injury.

What happens if I'm struggling to stay motivated?

That's exactly what I'm here for. A big part of my job as a coach is keeping you accountable and motivated, which is potentially even more important than providing technical knowledge (which I obviously also provide an abundance of).

Is nutrition/diet coaching included too?

Absolutely. Food is an essential part of the equation and I'm very happy to help you with it.

What if I'm really busy? Can you fit the training into my schedule?

Yes! That's one of the best parts about having a coach. I can design your training to fit in perfectly around all your other time commitments so you can get amazing results even with a chaotic schedule.

That's something you can't do with a generic cookie-cutter program.
